Role Summary

• •Lead a team of developers and technical experts to build the next generation of influencer marketing tools within a dynamic product vertical.
• •Co-own the technical and product roadmap , defining architecture for a modular, scalable platform integrating Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React.
• •Drive engineering excellence by fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement using best practices like DDD, TDD, and CI/CD.
• •Manage team growth through mentoring, career development, and hiring, while promoting agile delivery, autonomy, and accountability.
• •Oversee delivery of high-traffic, data-intensive applications, guiding design, scaling, and optimization of microservices architecture.
