Engineering Manager- Platform & Infrastructure (F/M/X)

Role Summary

• •Lead and develop three specialised teams: DevOps & Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and Automated Quality Assurance, totaling around 8 engineers.
• •Own and modernise the foundational platform layer, including consolidating observability tools and managing CI/CD pipelines for reliability and cost efficiency.
• •Design and manage AWS multi-region infrastructure to support international expansion into UK and US markets.
• •Drive automated quality assurance with Playwright-based end-to-end testing and maintain the release gate to ensure high release confidence.
• •Improve developer experience by enhancing internal tooling and eliminating platform friction that slows down stream-aligned teams.
