Role Summary

• •Lead the finance function as a senior individual contributor, partnering closely with CEO and leadership.
• •Own financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple global entities.
• •Collaborate with product and commercial teams to design pricing, fee structures, and revenue tracking for WalletConnect Pay.
• •Manage treasury operations including fiat and digital assets, multisignature transaction controls, and asset safeguarding.
• •Oversee accounting, AP/AR, payroll, audits, tax filings, and scalable finance operations across jurisdictions.
