Full-stack Developer

Role Summary

• •Develop end-to-end features from API design with Ruby on Rails to frontend implementation using React and TypeScript.
• •Work autonomously within the BUILD team, owning features from design to production with close collaboration with Product, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• •Participate in technical design workshops and propose improvements to architecture, design, and development workflows.
• •Optimize application performance and maintainability while ensuring quality user experiences.
• •Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate coding, refactoring, and debugging processes.

What You Should Know

• •Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript and are comfortable working independently.

• •Fluency in English is required; French language skills and CET/CEST timezone proximity are preferred for collaboration.
