NetSuite Customer Success Manager

Role Summary

• •Lead end-to-end implementation of Connected Payments within client NetSuite ERP environments.
• •Conduct discovery sessions to understand and optimize clients' financial workflows including order to cash and procure to pay.
• •Configure NetSuite modules such as AR, AP, Banking, Payment Processing, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript components.
• •Act as a subject matter expert providing ongoing consulting, troubleshooting, and user training post-implementation.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and onboarding teams to enhance client experience and product roadmap.
