Role Summary

• •Lead the AI automation roadmap for Payward Services, driving end-to-end development from ideation to scale.
• •Build and deploy agentic workflows and AI-powered tools to eliminate manual work and increase operational efficiency.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• •Drive 0 to 1 initiatives, taking ambiguous processes and creating structured, scalable automated systems.
• •Advise leadership on AI's operational leverage and establish best practices for AI tooling and workflow design.
