Senior Frontend Developer Rostering .

Role Summary

• •Develop and optimize frontend systems to improve healthcare rostering software with a focus on component-driven development.
• •Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including developers, UX designers, and product owners to align product with healthcare practices and end-user needs.
• •Maintain and enhance Ons Rooster, a product combining a Ruby on Rails backend with a React/Redux frontend.
• •Coach and share knowledge with colleagues to foster team growth and maintain a structured, scalable codebase.
• •Participate in an on-call rotation and work in a hybrid environment with at least one day onsite per week.
