Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (w/d/m)

Role Summary

• •Take full ownership of the platform, implementing new features across backend and frontend using Elixir, Ruby, and TypeScript with React/Next.js.
• •Maintain, design, and scale a high-traffic platform hosted on AWS with Kubernetes (EKS) and served via Netlify.
• •Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to align feature development with business goals.
• •Report directly to the CTO, actively challenge the status quo, and contribute to defining the platform's future.
• •Ensure high code quality with 90%+ test coverage and follow best practices including TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and pair programming.
