Role Summary

• •Be a founding builder of Persona's federal infrastructure, owning the full stack from cloud architecture to deployment pipelines.
• •Design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure in GCP meeting FedRAMP Moderate and High requirements for government customers.
• •Develop automated deployment pipelines, security controls, and compliance gates to accelerate delivery while ensuring federal compliance.
• •Create internal platforms and automation to enable engineers to deploy into federal environments without deep compliance expertise.
• •Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and product teams to translate federal requirements into working systems and support audits.
