Role Summary

• •Lead the technical strategy and execution for the Tax Experiences frontend domain, aligning with team and organizational OKRs.
• •Design, build, and test robust frontend systems enabling tax data collection, calculation, payment, and filing for employers and employees.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• •Mentor engineers and drive improvements in system scalability, maintainability, and reliability, including incident response processes.
