Staff Engineer, Full Stack

Role Summary

• •Lead development of end-to-end full-stack features with a strong focus on front-end using Angular/TypeScript, CSS, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL.
• •Collaborate closely with UX, Product, Engineering, and Applied Science teams to design and implement AI-powered tools enhancing therapy provider workflows.
• •Own the full software lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance with emphasis on high code quality and best practices.
• •Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming, championing internal standards for maintainability and style.
