Role Summary

• •Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
• •Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
• •Own full lifecycle of components including planning, development, deployment, and maintenance using cloud infrastructure and containerization.
