Staff Full-Stack Engineer

Role Summary

• •Lead design and development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75%, scaling partner support from dozens to hundreds.
• •Build and maintain data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs for the Intelligence Layer.
• •Collaborate closely with product, design, data science, and ML engineers to deliver enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features.
• •Own full lifecycle of components ensuring scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• •Develop self-service tools enabling cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks.
