Role Summary

• •Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
• •Design and maintain data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
• •Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade features on frontend (Ember, Lit) and backend (Ruby, Elixir).
• •Own full lifecycle of components, ensuring scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
