Role Summary

• •Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75% and scale partner insights from dozens to hundreds.
• •Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings and chat logs for the Intelligence Layer.
• •Collaborate with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
• •Own full lifecycle of scalable, resilient systems using containerization and cloud infrastructure as code (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform).
• •Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks and ensure data quality and reliability.
