Role Summary

• •Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
• •Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
• •Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade features and operationalize AI models.
• •Own full lifecycle of components including development, deployment, and maintenance with focus on scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
