Staff Product Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

Role Summary

• •Own and ship the most complex PRs across the entire product including billing, API, dashboard, and enterprise features.
• •Take over the technical review responsibilities from the CEO/CTO and raise the overall code quality.
• •Collaborate directly with CEO/CTO on product and technical decisions in a high-trust, hands-on role.
• •Develop and maintain enterprise-grade features such as SAML, SCIM, audit logs, and Stripe billing integrations.
• •Drive performance optimization, security standards, and adoption of new Rails and AI technologies.
