Methodology
All counts come from the 3,512 Rails listings currently in our index, refreshed hourly. Listings stay in the index regardless of whether the original posting is still accepting applications, so think of these as "everything we've collected", not "every role you can apply to right now". Companies with fewer than 3 listings are excluded from the leaderboard to filter out one-offs. For salary specifics — including per-country medians and the disclosed-salary cohort — see /salaries.
