What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered products and agentic workflows from concept to production.
- Define and establish the foundational AI architecture and best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Build and operate multi-agent orchestration systems including tool calling, state management, approvals, and safe fallbacks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Champion AI Ops practices including evaluation pipelines, observability, automated testing, and cost/latency controls.
