What you'll do
- Lead the architecture and integration of PAR's first generation AI-powered products and services.
- Develop and operate agentic AI systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and retrieval-grounded reasoning.
- Establish engineering best practices and production standards for AI systems including evaluation pipelines and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and business leaders to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Drive innovation by continuously researching and applying modern AI platforms and generative AI technologies.
