Role Summary

• •Join a core engineering team of 5 working on a next-gen AI orchestration platform for e-commerce customer support.
• •Architect, build, and scale large Ruby on Rails applications with ownership of backend systems including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• •Work across the full product lifecycle including AI/LLM integration, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• •Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to define product requirements and contribute full-stack (backend-first) features.
