What you'll do
- Lead and support OpenShift (OCP) migrations and AutoSys job onboarding for large-scale enterprise transformation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering and application teams.
- Manage migration lifecycle including Solution Review Package (SRP) reviews and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to networking, load balancing, firewalls, and connectivity in data center environments.
- Drive application modernization efforts to reduce VM dependency and coach teams with limited recent development experience.
