What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products, managing cases from qualification to resolution.
- Work remotely with a globally distributed team, participating in regular communication and weekend rotations.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and technical notices for internal and external audiences.
- Handle complex Linux troubleshooting including logs, stack traces, and configuration file edits.
- Engage with customers to ensure high satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
