What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products, managing cases from qualification to resolution.
- Work remotely with a globally distributed team, participating in regular communication and weekend rotations.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical notices for internal and external audiences.

- Prioritize tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
