What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products remotely, handling cases from qualification to resolution.
- Work within a globally distributed team, maintaining regular communication and collaborating across multiple locations.
- Own and manage support cases via telephone, email, and web, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and technical notices for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in a weekend working rotation and be available for international travel twice a year for company events.
