What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products in a customer-facing role.
- Own and manage support cases from problem qualification to resolution across cloud, desktop, and IoT.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and technical communications.
- Work remotely with a globally distributed team and participate in regular weekend rotations.
- Prioritize tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
