What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products, handling cases from qualification to resolution.
- Work remotely with a globally distributed team, participating in regular communication and weekend rotations.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and draft technical notices for internal and external audiences.
- Manage customer expectations by understanding the Ubuntu development process and adhering to SLAs.
- Support includes troubleshooting Linux environments, cloud, desktop, server issues, and performing root cause analysis.
