What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Ubuntu and open source products, handling cases from qualification to resolution.
- Work remotely in a globally distributed team, maintaining regular communication and knowledge sharing.
- Manage support cases via telephone, email, and web, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and technical notices for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in a weekend working rotation and be available for international travel twice a year.
