What you'll do
- Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of new features on the main web application using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Participate in technical projects including refactoring, architecture evolution, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
- Work within an agile team with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Ensure high code quality through test coverage (TDD or unit tests), CI/CD automation, and code reviews.
- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks from development to production deployment and post-release monitoring.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 4+ years experience in web development with Ruby on Rails and a JS framework (React preferred).
- The role requires strong product and UX/UI sensitivity and the ability to work autonomously with guidance.
- Applicants should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment with agile practices.
- French fluency is mandatory as all internal and external communication is in French.
