What you'll do
- Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of new features on the main web application using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Participate in technical projects including refactoring, architecture evolution, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
- Work within an agile team with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and end-to-end ownership of features from development to post-release.
- Ensure high code quality through strong test coverage (TDD, unit tests) and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Act as a mentor by sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of feedback and technical curiosity.
