What you'll do
- Join the Growth Team to build net-new self-serve experiences and evolve backend systems supporting product growth.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs with a focus on secure, performant features balancing growth and enterprise trust.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment plans.
- Contribute to experimentation infrastructure including feature flags, event schemas, and reporting loops.
- Support junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
