What you'll do
- Lead and manage contributor success projects to enhance community engagement and contribution efficiency.
- Coach and guide cohorts of community members with both technical and non-technical support.
- Track and analyze community contributions using metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on initiatives like Education, Open Source, AI tooling, and Contributor programs.
- Participate in merge request coaching and facilitate agile processes within a fully remote, asynchronous team.
