What you'll do
- Develop and deliver end-to-end features from user problem understanding to production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and support teams to create user-centric solutions.
- Work on a diverse product suite including ERP, LMS, CRM, AI integration, and e-signature tools.
- Maintain and enhance a backend system handling millions of users annually.
- Participate in a product-engineering culture focusing on understanding the why before the how.
What you should know
- The role requires a hands-on approach with ownership from feature discovery to iteration.
- Experience or interest in functional programming (Elixir/Phoenix) is highly valued but not mandatory.
- You will work onsite in Lyon with hybrid remote options (2 days per week telework).
