What you'll do
- Lead and scale a full-stack engineering team focused on front-end and back-end development within the Claims Engineering organization.
- Drive the technical roadmap in partnership with Product, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and system reliability.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-availability web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Serve as a hands-on player-coach, mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and elevating engineering standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PMO, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
