What you'll do
- Lead a remote team of 5 engineers focused on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevX, data engineering, and SOC2 controls.
- Drive the design, build, and maintenance of the platform supporting 1M+ projects globally with multiple regional deployments.
- Act as both a technical leader and people manager, providing hands-on support, technical recommendations, and team motivation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to shape Fieldwire’s vision and improve engineering standards and processes.
- Manage SOC2 audit processes, cloud infrastructure security, and ensure platform performance and scalability.
