What you'll do
- Serve as the first full-time engineering hire and Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer, partnering directly with founders.
- Own and stabilize the MVP, ship with design partners, and lead the engineering team growth from months 0 to 9+.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of the product’s technical trajectory, including roadmap execution and team hiring.
- Work closely with real clients to understand user needs and adapt the product in an ambiguous, pre-PMF environment.
- Lead technical decisions on the existing stack and have authority to extend or replace technologies as needed.
