What you'll do
- Lead the technical build-out of a first-of-its-kind product within a small, high-trust team.
- Design, implement, and deploy full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Work in an agile environment with a focus on rapid prototyping, testing, and shipping based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer teams to shape product direction and solve user friction.
- Influence engineering culture, best practices, and technical hiring within the dedicated Business Unit and company-wide.
