What you'll do
- Architect and enhance a mature Rails monolith with new platform capabilities and scalable improvements.
- Design and optimize APIs, SQL queries, schema migrations, and background jobs for reliability and maintainability.
- Build modern web frontends using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Hotwire, plus contribute to mobile features with React Native.
- Own features end-to-end including testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders and help shape engineering culture and technical direction.
