What you'll do
- Work primarily on back-end engineering with Python-based microservices and customer-facing APIs, supporting some front-end tasks.

- Lead and mentor engineers while driving continuous improvement in processes, standards, and technical quality.
- Balance high product velocity with quality and reliability, including responsible tech debt pay-down.
- Design scalable, reliable systems by deeply understanding customer needs and evolving data models and services.
