What you'll do
- Lead and own internal software platform and developer workflows with hands-on coding and technical leadership.
- Maintain and improve backend systems, APIs, scripts, and operational workflows including pricing and data pipelines.
- Handle production debugging across application code, data, jobs, cache, deployments, and infrastructure.
- Drive AI-assisted development workflows and help transition from Heroku to AWS infrastructure.
- Coordinate work across developers, contractors, and AI/code agents, including code review and PR management.
