What you'll do
- Lead technical direction for complex systems including data modeling, API design, and clinical workflow architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write full stack code primarily using Ruby on Rails backend and Turbo/Tailwind frontend technologies.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering team through architecture discussions, code reviews, and pairing.
- Balance technical risk and tradeoffs by deciding when to invest in architecture versus shipping simple solutions.
