What you'll do
- Work primarily on backend engineering with Python-based microservices and customer-facing APIs, with some frontend support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver mission-critical projects.
- Lead efforts in technical quality improvement, including responsible tech debt pay-down and process enhancements.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
- Design scalable, reliable systems focused on customer needs and evolving product functionality.
