What you'll do
- Lead the technical architecture and development of a complex Shopify-based digital ecosystem integrating ERP, WMS, PSP, CRM, and DataLake systems.
- Directly contribute to coding with React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Shopify Liquid, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a new tech team while establishing best practices in CI/CD, testing, QA, and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to drive a product-oriented culture focused on impact and technical feasibility.
- Manage critical issues including incident resolution, refactoring, and sensitive integrations to maintain system reliability.
