What you'll do
- Own and architect integrations and automation across GTM tools like Salesforce, Slack, Braze, and Intercom to maintain clean data and efficient workflows.
- Design and implement AI-powered automation and human-in-the-loop workflows to enhance Sales, Marketing, and CX team productivity and customer experience.
- Manage and monitor data pipeline health to ensure accurate, timely data flow across the GTM ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable systems.
- Document systems, processes, and architectural decisions to build institutional knowledge and support team scalability.
