What you'll do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end fullstack development for new and existing HR product features.
- Work within a squad structure, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Developers.
- Navigate and contribute to a complex SaaS product, quickly learning new tools and HR domain knowledge.
- Ensure code quality and security through testing, debugging, peer reviews, and documentation.
- Proactively identify application pain points and recommend process and tooling improvements.
