What you'll do
- End-to-end fullstack development of scalable features in a complex HR SaaS product
- Take full ownership of features within a squad from scoping to implementation
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Developers using Agile methodologies
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and maintain high code quality and security standards
- Proactively recommend process improvements and contribute to team best practices
