What you'll do
- Contribute to end-to-end fullstack development of scalable HR SaaS features.
- Take full ownership of features within your squad, from scoping to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Developers using Agile methodologies.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, testing, and code reviews to ensure high quality and security.
- Proactively suggest improvements to development processes and maintain documentation.
