What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end fullstack development of new and existing HR SaaS product features.
- Work within a squad structure taking full ownership from scoping to implementation and maintenance.
- Engage in debugging, root cause analysis, and quality assurance to ensure robust and secure code.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineers using Agile methodologies.
- Continuously recommend and implement process improvements and maintain documentation for features.
