What you'll do
- Lead development of Voice of the Customer (VOC) tool to enhance usability for Salesforce Field and Product Managers.
- Build and maintain integrations aggregating customer feedback from VOC and IdeaExchange platforms.
- Develop and programmatically maintain product ownership mappings linking Product Managers to Product Areas.
- Leverage predictive and generative AI to improve customer feedback experiences.
- Own the full software development lifecycle including service ownership, CI/CD, and production support.
