What you'll do
- Lead development and ownership of core product components from concept to deployment in a high-traffic environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product team to design scalable and maintainable architectures for LegalTech/Utilities platform.
- Mentor and guide a small but growing engineering team, fostering growth and elevating engineering standards.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, system stability, and application performance under rapid growth conditions.
- Shape and influence the engineering culture while participating in hiring and onboarding processes.
